If you require a prescription-only medication that we have not previously provided to you, it will usually require a call with the doctor or practice pharmacist. However, in some cases prescriptions for simple problems can be supplied without the need for a phone call. Please fill the form out below and we will let you know once the prescription has been prepared. If we're unable to supply a prescription, we will get in touch. As this service requires a review from a clinician, please allow 3-5 days for us to complete the request.
