Fertility treatment in Lambeth

Please note that NHS Fertility treatment is restricted throughout the UK and there are certain criteria that need to be met to have treatment in Lambeth. Only people that meet the criteria will be eligible to be referred to receive the treatment. The criteria are as follows:

• you are living together with your partner in Lambeth

• both you and your partner are registered with a Lambeth GP (preferably the same GP practice)

• you have been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years (at the recommend minimum frequency of intercourse of 2-3 times per week)

• female partner is less than 40 years old

• neither partner has had children (even from previous relationship)

• both are willing to have tests carried out (including blood tests, urine, semen analysis etc)

The fertility clinic will not accept any referral if the above criteria is not met. The clinic will also need us to do multiple tests before they accept referrals. Once you have filled in the form, we will then contact you when we have created the test requests for you to collect from reception.
