Letters from GP for issues related to debt

Any letters or forms completed to assist to have debt written off is non-NHS work. It is not part of a GP's contractual work to complete this. As a practice, in order to maintain equity for all patients, we will not be able to provide any letters or complete any forms for people who are trying to have any debts written off.
